Про що ця можливість?

Одноденне навчання, націлене на початкове ознайомлення єпархіального духовенства із темою попередження насильства щодо неповнолітніх та вразливих осіб, а також - з механізмом реагування на випадки сексуальних зловживань, які сталися у середовищі церкви та за її межами. Навчання включає такі теми:

• розуміння ситуації щодо рівня насильства щодо неповнолітніх та вразливих осіб в Україні
• пояснення базових понять - насильство, його види, сексуальне насильства
• як розпізнати кривдника
• реальність постраждалої особи - який вплив на життя має досвід насильства та як розпізнати постраждалу особу
• як розмовляти із постраждалим
• складові превенції насильства у середовищі церкви.

На кого розрахована?

Духовенство (не залежно від виду служіння).

Умови участі: навчання відбувається на безкоштовній основі. Організація зустрічі є відповідальністю єпархії / екзархату.

What is this opportunity about?

A one-day training aimed at initially familiarizing diocesan clergy with the topic of preventing violence against minors and vulnerable persons, as well as with the mechanism of responding to cases of sexual abuse that have occurred in the church environment and beyond. The training includes the following topics:

• understanding the situation with regard to the level of violence against minors and vulnerable persons in Ukraine
• explanation of basic concepts - violence, its types, sexual violence
• how to recognize an abuser
• the reality of the victim - what impact the experience of violence has on life and how to recognize a victim
• how to talk to the victim
• components of violence prevention in the church environment.

Who is it for?

Clergy (regardless of the type of ministry).

Conditions of participation: the training is free of charge. The organization of the meeting is the responsibility of the diocese/exarchate.
