What is this opportunity about?

This Level 2 school provides a deeper understanding of proactive prevention of violence against minors:

• “Norms and principles of protecting minors and vulnerable persons”: goals and logic of the document
• Risks of violence against children and vulnerable persons in the context of Church activities
• Code of conduct towards minors
• Principles of organising pastoral activities with children and vulnerable persons
• Working with cases
• Implementing the “Norms” in the diocese/congregation: stages and planning.

This school is designed for:

Clergy, consecrated persons, laypeople, animators, parishes, (arch)dioceses, exarchates of the UGCC, leaders and members of communities, and organisations working with children on a fee-for-service and volunteer bases.

Terms of participation: free of charge. The school is organised once or twice a year or upon request.
